Great Incentive Programs Are Available!!!

  • You can benefit from a Business "Incentives for Lighting Retrofit Program" and receive up to 50% of project costs for upgrading old or inefficient lighting. See saveONenergy.ca then call Multi Source Electric and they will guide you through the steps!

Let the light shine through! Here are some important considerations:

  1. Change those old T-12 fluorescent bulbs to new energy-saving T-5 and T-8 electronic ballast fixtures in order to increase visibility of your products!
Our customers are always AMAZED by the brightest given by these bulbs combined with the new revolutionary aluminum reflectors.
  2. Change those perimeter metal halide or pressure sodium lights for the new extremely low electrical usage LED lights. Better security makes sense!
    - After one year of usage (approx 4,300 hours), a METAL HALIDE BULB produces only 60% of lighting and keeps diminishing until year four when it reaches its end of life expectancy (approx 17,200 hours). It is important to note that the ballast energizing these bulbs consumes 100% of electricity throughout the entire four years (also its end of life), regardless of the state of the bulb.
    - In comparison, an LED BULB produces 70% of lighting when it reaches 50,000 hours of usage and has an end of life expectancy of 70,000 hours. This could represent 15+ years of maintenance free lighting 12 hours/day, 7 days/week while providing you with quality lighting!!!
Did You Know?

Connecting

a piece of equipment?

The location, the voltage
and the amperage of the equipment are important elements to consider. Motors demand extra attention due to their complexity.

MSE is up to

the task!
